Why Chiropractic?

Chiropractic was founded over 100 years ago. Over the last century, the profession has seen great advances in research, understanding and acceptance in the mainstream. Today’s chiropractors have an exceptional understanding of the human body and its ability to heal without the use of medication or surgery. At its core, the chiropractic philosophy is to remove nervous system interference by restoring and maintaining healthy spinal structure and function. A healthy nervous system is free to communicate with the organs and muscles of the body. As time has passed, chiropractic has broadened to include such things as muscle work, exercise therapy/core stabilization and nutrition. Conditions that typically respond well to chiropractic care include: Headaches, neck pain, whiplash, shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, sciatica, and much more.
